Unbelievable calibre of candidates I must say, you have a great formula, you are doing something (or many things!) right! In fact, its fair to say I have had so many suitably qualified people, that I will expand my original idea, and engage at least three of them, to see which (or even all) works out best, as it is impossible to select just one. Definitely shows that in Australia there is an enormous talent pool of great people keen to take on work from home, or part time, and are simply not being given the opportunities. We had been having so much trouble finding an experienced Office Manager - so when you rang and suggested looking at someone 4 or 5 days a week during school hours we were very interested.
